My journey began in school, where I would bake cakes for family at every opportunity. When I left school I was determined to become a cake decorator, so I did my research and found an established high-end cake shop in Eton. I was hired as a part-time trainee where I learnt many new skills and techniques in which I still use today. I am very passionate about what I do which drives me to make each cake the best to impress every customer.
