Customer Agreement
By ordering from this site or any other site owned by cateringstudent.com we assume your full acknowledgement and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
Any order received must be checked upon delivery as mistakes can not be rectified later. This also includes receiving correct change from the delivery driver .
At CateringStudent.COM we sell a number of restricted items that WILL REQUIRE VALID ID UPON DELIVERY , if for ANY REASON, the driver is not satisfied that you
A) meet the required age
B) do not intend to misuse a product
C) are the person who placed the order
The sale will be rejected and refunded minus any delivery costs and you will be restricted from using the site in the future
Restricted Products
The sale of knives and other restricted items to persons under the age of 18 years is strictly prohibited. It is illegal for us to do so and we will not under any circumstances. With the introduction of pre-paid credit cards for under 18’s we now check on the electoral register the age of any customers attempting to purchase any knives or other restricted items . If you are not on the electoral register you can provide proof of age via emailing or showing a photo of your passport/drivers license or other valid photo ID.
Delivery times are approximate and we will do everything possible to remain within that time frame ,however if this is not possible, a team member will contact you to update you on your order status.
We do not tolerate any form of
verbal, physical, racial or any other form of abuse to any member of CATERINGSTUDENT.COM , if we witness any of these things , they will be reported to the relevant authorities.
STORING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION And YOUR PRIVACY POLICY
As a result of you placing an order with us , certain information must be made accessible to us , which may include :

• Your name. 
• Your phone number. 
• Your email address. 
• Your address. 
• Your order details
We will never share these details with any form of agency , marketing group or any other 3rd party company that is not relevant to fulfilling your order with us .
Your credit card details will not be stored.
You may request to see ID from a driver if you feel it is necessary , our drivers will be happy to reassure you however they possibly can.
If you feel you have been mistreated or are in any way unhappy with any member of our team or service , please ask to speak to the manager which will be more than happy to try and resolve the situation .
Cancelling your order
You can cancel any time up until the day of delivery. However we understand situations may occur when a customer would like to amend their order or postpone, we will be more than happy to assist with this and we will do whatever we can to work around any situation you may have .
Refunds
If your items are faulty you may receive a full refund on the basis that the item is in the same condition and same quantity as the time it was delivered to you .
We do not accept refunds for any other purpose .
Refunds may take up to 14 working days.
Data protection


We may keep your data until it is requested by you that we remove it from our system
IF WE WITNESS A PERSON TO BE BREAKING THE LAW IN ANY WAY , WE MAY HAND YOUR DETAILS TO THE RELEVANT
AUTHORITIES
NITROUS OXIDE
We wish to make you aware that nitrous oxide can cause health issues if inhaled. These issues can include; narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.
You must take precaution when supplying or using this product, and not provide it to those you suspect will abuse it. Use product as described in the manufacturer's user guides.
You must take precautions to ensure this product is not given to anyone under the age of 18.
Packaging & labeling of item must remain intended for catering and cooking purposes and not be labelled for any intent to abuse the product.
Once item is received you must be aware that item is compressed gas and must have proper storage and transportation for the hazardous nature of the nitrous oxide.
Before attempting to use any of our gas cartridges, ensure that you take the time to read through the manufacturer’s instructions that come complete with all of our products.
When using a cream whipper, no more than 1 8g charger should be released in a 1/4L or 1/2 litre whipper, and no more than 2 8g chargers for a 1 litre whipper.
For food use only.
Important safety information:
Cream chargers contain Nitrous Oxide under great pressure. Any attempt to pierce the sealing cap of these chargers without the correct equipment could result in EXPLOSION INJURY & SERIOUS FREEZE BURNS.
EXPLOSION DANGER – do not incinerate or expose chargers to the sun or heat. Temperature not to exceed 50C.
Do not dispose of full chargers as they could cause injury to others
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not take onboard any form of aircraft
IF YOU OR SOMEBODY YOU KNOW HAS ATTEMPTED TO USE NITROUS OCIDE FOR THE PURPOSE OF INHALING , WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH RELEVANT HELP LINES TO OVERCOME MISUSE OF NITROUS OXIDE
OUR DISCREET DRIVERS HAVE BEEN FULLY TRAINED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH INFORMATION ON SUPPORT AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA .
IF WE DO SUSPECT MISUSE WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO PREVENT YOU FROM PURCHASING NITROUS OXIDE IN THE FUTURE
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE SELL NITROUS OXIDE FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE THAN CATERING AND WILL NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCT AFTER THE SALE HAS TAKEN PLACE
